• Abstract submission guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted using the abstract submission template provided on the symposium website (Abstract-BHPA2027_track_firstname_lastname.doc).
  • All presentations will be oral presentations. There won’t be any poster sessions.
  • The abstract must be made up of 4 text parts according to the structure of the template. Figures and tables might be added and are encouraged. The text might be accompanied by a reference bibliography listed by order of appearance. Use the acknowledge section and disclose your conflict of interest whenever relevant. Text, figures, tables and references must be contained in a max. of 2 pages.
    Note that the 2 pages (including abstract text, figures, tables and references, will be included in the pdf book for accepted abstracts. Please ensure enough quality for figures.
  • To submit, convert the word document into a pdf, edit the title with the track, your first and last name, and send by email to BHPA2027@chuliege.be before 15 November 2026.
